* To use Discover credit card, choose the option "PayPal" under "Payment Options" in the Check Out form. Afterwards you simply fill out all the details and complete the purchase.
* For bank wire transfer please contact us before placing an order to review the details.
Shipping Information & Delivery Time
Our shipping service is WORLDWIDE and being sent via ISRAEL Air Mail Service. We ship all orders within 48 hours (except Saturdays & Holidays) from payment clearance.
We offer 2 shipping services:
1.Worldwide Standard Air Mail Service:
Shipping Rate: 4$ basic rate and usually 1$ for every item in the order. (Free for orders above 50$)
Delivery Time: 6-15 Business days (Worldwide)
2.Worldwide Express Shipping (EMS):
Flat Rate – No matter how many items you buy. No additional charges!
Shipping Rate: 27$ for all countries. (Free for orders above 199$)
Delivery Time: 3-5 Business days (Worldwide).
* 90% of all orders are shipped within 48hrs (except Saturdays & holidays) from payment clearance.
* It is the customer responsibility to provide correct shipping address. Any orders that returned to us because of an incorrect address will result additional charges to reship.
* We are not responsible for delays caused due to weather conflicts reported by the postal service.
* We do not ship to Correctional Facilities or Prisons.
* Some countries may require custom duties, taxes or other additional charges. We do not have responsibility or control on these charges and cannot estimate their cost. We suggest checking further information in your country before placing an order.
* Israel post office does not ship to several countries (such as Iraq, Iran etc). In those cases we will refund the order or ship to alternative address.
* Please do not hesitate to contact us for any issues.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our customers' satisfaction is our number 1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund you the purchase amount. Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days after you receive it.
Instructions for returns:

* All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received with original packing only.
* The Return Code (RC#) must be clearly marked on the package. This will help us to speed up your return.
* Please be aware that we do not refund the shipping charges or the return cost unless the product is defected or an error was made.
* When exchanging a product, you do not have to wait for us to receive it in order to place a new order. We will issue you the refund once the returned product arrives.
Wholesale - Volume Discount
We offer a volume discount for wholesalers and resellers who purchase a large quantity of products.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled at any time before they were shipped. Orders cancelled after shipped will be accepted as a return, according to our Return Policy.
